It provides excellent anti-fingerprint properties, thermal healing capabilities for micro-scratches, and zero-whitening upon trimming. 1 Base material: High-purity ABS resin core. Formulated without inferior calcium fillers to guarantee superior flexibility, robust impact resistance, and flawless trimming stability (absolutely no whitening on milled edges).
2 Color/Printing layer: Engineered with high-weather-resistance imported inks to lock in vibrant, pure colors, achieving an exact 1:1 match with your soft-touch decorative panels.
3 Soft Touch Coating: Treated with an exclusive skin-friendly soft-touch finish. This layer diffuses light for an extremely low gloss while delivering a warm, velvety tactile sensation that resists fingerprints and smudges.
4 Back coating (Primer): An expertly applied functional primer coating on the reverse side significantly boosts the dyne value, guaranteeing a permanent, tear-proof bond with EVA or PUR adhesives.

The dense molecular structure of the soft-touch coating inherently repels oils and sweat. Fingerprints wipe away effortlessly. Furthermore, the specialized flexible coating offers excellent resistance to micro-scratches from daily wear and tear, keeping the edges pristine over time.
Built with a high-purity ABS core, the edge banding maintains consistent color completely through the material. During high-speed edge bander milling, routing, and corner-rounding, the cut edges remain true to color with zero "whitening." It is highly resistant to impact, chemicals, and UV yellowing.
WellP Soft Touch ABS Edge Banding is 100% recyclable, heavy-metal-free, and non-toxic. When combusted, it safely breaks down into water and carbon dioxide, making it a sustainable and safe choice for healthy living environments.
Supplied in durable industrial rolls, packed specifically to meet high-volume manufacturing needs at 500 meters per carton. Each roll is tightly wrapped with moisture-proof stretch film and secured in a reinforced, custom-sized carton box equipped with protective corner guards to prevent damage during transit. Standardized labels detailing the product name, color, dimensions, batch number, and production date are affixed to the exterior for effortless inventory management and rapid identification.
1 Straight-line & Curve Edge Banding Process: Perfectly suited for all mainstream automatic straight-line and manual curve edge banders. The high-performance back primer ensures flawless adhesion with both EVA and PUR hot-melt glues. Through standard gluing, pressing, end-cutting, and trimming, the edge banding seamlessly integrates with the panel.
Pro Tip: For premium high-end custom cabinetry, pairing this product with PUR hot-melt adhesive will maximize waterproof capabilities and produce an impeccable invisible joint.
2 Laser Edge Banding Process (Customizable): Upon request, we can integrate a functional polymer absorbing layer on the reverse side for laser edge banders. This melts instantly under the laser, forming a true "Zero-Joint" bond without traditional glue lines.
