PETG Solid Color High Gloss Decorative Film Based on polyethylene terephthalate - 1,4 - cyclohexanedimethanol (PETG) as the base material. Through precise formulation of color masterbatch and functional additives, the base film is produced via cast extrusion. Subsequently, a UV direct coating process supplemented with nitrogen protection treatment is applied, ultimately creating a new eco-friendly surface decorative material that combines high gloss texture with excellent abrasion resistance, stain resistance, and chemical resistance.

1 Base film: The core material is PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol), a non-crystalline copolyester formed by the copolymerization of three monomers: terephthalic acid (PTA), ethylene glycol (EG), and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM).
2 Coating: Utilizing UV direct coating with nitrogen-protected surface treatment technology, the film surface is endowed with core functional properties.
3 Protective film: Paired with a 0.04mm-thick PE protective film for added protection.
4 Back coating: The reverse side of the film is coated with a specialized functional coating that can increase the dyne value to 38 or higher while enhancing adhesion.

Constructed with formaldehyde-free, eco-friendly base materials, certified by multiple authoritative bodies including FDA and SGS for food-grade and medical-grade standards. The materials are non-toxic and harmless, safe for direct human contact, and possess natural antibacterial properties. Additionally, they support recycling and reuse, fully aligning with green health and sustainable development principles.

Leveraging core color control technology, we achieve industry-leading color consistency across different production batches, far exceeding conventional standards. Even under large-scale manufacturing conditions, we ensure exceptional color uniformity, effectively preventing color variations from compromising overall design aesthetics. This delivers precise, long-lasting visual performance.

Boasting high impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and scratch resistance as core strengths, it also delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and anti-yellowing properties. It effortlessly withstands daily friction, accidental impacts, and complex environmental erosion, significantly extending product lifespan while substantially reducing long-term maintenance and replacement costs.

Utilizing advanced UV direct coating technology and a refined high-gloss coating, this finish achieves mirror-like luster and high reflectivity. The light reflection is uniform and refined, free from imperfections like orange peel or sagging. It delivers a strong visual impact, elevating the overall texture and premium feel of the product. Additionally, it offers excellent fingerprint resistance and stain resistance, maintaining a brilliant, like-new appearance over time.

The surface is dense and non-porous, smooth and dust-repellent. Common stains like grease and pen marks wipe away effortlessly, with strong resistance to penetration. Daily maintenance is simple, ensuring long-term cleanliness and a like-new appearance, making it particularly suitable for high-hygiene environments.

Unlike standard PET materials, PETG high-gloss film delivers superior light transmission and color saturation. Its visual effect is profound and rich, significantly enhancing color vibrancy and dimensionality to achieve more impactful decorative results.

1 Flat Lamination process: Flat lamination applies decorative film onto flat boards using PUR or hot-melt adhesive. This process delivers a smooth, seamless surface with excellent durability and a premium look. It is ideal for PET and PP films, providing superior scratch resistance, heat stability, and long-lasting color.

2 Wrapping process: Wrapping uses PUR glue to cover decorative films on profiles such as edge bandings, moldings, and skirting boards. PET and PP films offer higher durability and color consistency, ensuring a perfect match with laminated panels.

3 Vacuum Forming Process: Vacuum forming shapes heated decorative film over 3D surfaces using vacuum pressure. It's widely used for routed MDF doors and complex profiles. While traditionally applied with PVC films, the market is now shifting toward more eco-friendly alternatives.
