PETG Solid Color Super Matte Decorative Film Manufactured using polyethylene terephthalate - 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (PETG) as the base material, precisely blended with color masterbatch and functional additives. The base film - cyclohexanedimethanol (PETG) as the base material. Precisely formulated color masterbatch and functional additives are blended to create the base film through cast extrusion. This film undergoes surface treatment using a 172nm nano-light excimer process under nitrogen protection, resulting in a new eco-friendly surface decorative material that combines ultra-matte, superior abrasion resistance, stain resistance, and anti-fingerprint properties. This series is branded as NCT Decorative Film in China.

1 Base film: The core material is PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol), a non-crystalline copolyester formed by the copolymerization of three monomers: terephthalic acid (PTA), ethylene glycol (EG), and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM).
2 Coating: Utilizes a 172nm nanophotonic process with nitrogen-protected excimer treatment to impart core functional properties to the film surface.
3 Protective film: Features a 0.06mm-thick PE protective film for safeguarding purposes.
4 Back coating: A specialized functional coating applied to the film's reverse side, capable of elevating the dyne value to 38 or higher while enhancing adhesion strength.
