PET Solid Color Matte Skin Decorative Film utilizes PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate-1,4-Cyclohexanedimethanol) as its core material. Through precise blending of color masterbatch and functional additives, it undergoes cast extrusion molding to form the base film. Combined with UV transfer printing surface treatment, this process ultimately creates an innovative eco-friendly decorative material featuring a refined matte finish and skin-like tactile sensation. This material not only delivers exceptional texture but also exhibits outstanding resistance to abrasion, staining, chemical corrosion, and yellowing.

1 Base film: The core material is PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol), a non-crystalline copolyester formed by the copolymerization of three monomers: terephthalic acid (PTA), ethylene glycol (EG), and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM).
2 Coating: Utilizes UV transfer surface treatment technology to impart core functional properties to the film surface.
3 Protective film: Paired with a 0.04mm-thick PE protective film for added protection.
4 Back coating: The reverse side of the film is coated with a specialized functional coating that can increase the dyne value to 38 or higher while enhancing adhesion.

Constructed with formaldehyde-free, eco-friendly base materials, certified by multiple authoritative bodies including FDA and SGS for food-grade and medical-grade standards. Non-toxic and harmless for direct human contact, featuring inherent antibacterial properties and recyclability, aligning with green health and sustainability principles.

Precision surface processing creates a silky-smooth, warm finish, eliminating the roughness and stickiness of ordinary matte films. With a completely grain-free feel, it's ideal for high-touch areas like children's rooms and bedrooms, balancing comfort with premium craftsmanship.

Leveraging core color control technology, we achieve color consistency across different production batches at an industry-leading level, far exceeding conventional standards. Even under large-scale production conditions, we ensure highly uniform coloration, effectively preventing color variations from compromising overall design aesthetics. This delivers precise, long-lasting visual performance.

Boasting high impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and scratch resistance as core strengths, it also delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and yellowing resistance. Effortlessly withstands daily friction, accidental impacts, and harsh environmental erosion, extending service life while significantly reducing maintenance costs.

The material's flexible and moldable properties seamlessly integrate with mainstream finishing techniques like flat application, wrapping, and vacuum forming. It adapts extensively to scenarios such as residential doors, wall panels, cabinets, and wardrobes, fulfilling integrated renovation needs while balancing practicality and design consistency.

Leveraging large-scale production and process optimization, we maintain precise cost control while securing multiple authoritative certifications and ensuring premium performance. Compared to Japanese and Korean products with equivalent performance, we offer superior pricing. Against Chinese manufacturers at similar price points, we deliver greater advantages in certification, performance, and lifespan—striking a balance between high-end quality and affordable pricing.

1 Flat Lamination Process: Flat lamination applies decorative film onto flat boards using PUR or hot-melt adhesive. This process delivers a smooth, seamless surface with excellent durability and a premium look. It is ideal for PET and PP films, providing superior scratch resistance, heat stability, and long-lasting color.

2 Wrapping Process: Wrapping uses PUR glue to cover decorative films on profiles such as edge bandings, moldings, and skirting boards. PET and PP films offer higher durability and color consistency, ensuring a perfect match with laminated panels.
Special Note: Wrapping Process requires customized specifications and coating formulations.

3 Vacuum Forming Process: Vacuum forming shapes heated decorative film over 3D surfaces using vacuum pressure. It's widely used for routed MDF doors and complex profiles. While traditionally applied with PVC films, the market is now shifting toward more eco-friendly alternatives.
Special Note: Vacuum Forming Process requires customized specifications and coating formulations.
