PETG Metal Decorative Film utilizes PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate-1,4-Cyclohexanedimethanol) as its core material. Through precise blending of metallic color masterbatch and functional additives, it undergoes cast extrusion molding to form the base film. Subsequently, surface treatment is applied using a 172nm nanophotolithography process with nitrogen protection, resulting in an innovative eco-friendly decorative material with a metallic finish. This material not only delivers exceptional texture but also exhibits outstanding resistance to abrasion, staining, chemical corrosion, and yellowing.
